2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Platform Role & Responsibilities
Dream Lamhe is a technology-based booking and discovery platform. We:
- List verified venues, hotels, and vendors
- Provide search, filters, comparisons, and AI recommendations
- Facilitate online booking, payments, and communication
However, we do not own or control the operations of vendors or venues. All services are ultimately provided by the vendor you choose.
Dream Lamhe is not responsible for:
- Vendor availability
- Vendor performance
- Price changes
- Quality of service
- Venue policies, rules, and conduct
- Offline negotiations made outside our platform
We act as a booking intermediary.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information while registering or booking
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Avoid posting abusive, defamatory, misleading, or fake content
- Not misuse, hack, copy, or replicate the platform
- Not attempt to directly bypass the platform to avoid charges/fees

- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability

- Dream Lamhe is not liable for misrepresentation by a vendor
We encourage users to read all details carefully before confirming a booking.
6. Booking, Payments & Charges
When you book through Dream Lamhe:
- You agree to the vendor’s individual terms, rules, and cancellation policies
- You approve Dream Lamhe to collect payments on behalf of vendors
- You may be required to pay an advance or full amount to secure your booking
- Booking is confirmed only when payment is successful and you receive written confirmation
Platform Fees
Dream Lamhe may charge:
- Convenience fee
- Service fee
- Vendor commission
- AI service fee (if applicable)
These will be clearly displayed during checkout.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds depend strictly on the vendor’s cancellation policy.
Dream Lamhe:

- Acts only as a facilitator

10. AI Recommendations
Dream Lamhe offers AI-based suggestions for:

- Vendors
- Budgets
- Themes
- Guest count
- Custom packages
These are assistive recommendations, not guarantees.
Users must make final decisions independently.
11. Limitation of Liability
Dream Lamhe is not liable for:
- Vendor behavior or service quality
- Delays, cancellations, disputes, or damages
- Financial loss due to vendor issues
- Miscommunication between users and vendors
- Any personal injury, property damage, or accidental loss
- Events caused by natural disasters, emergencies, or unlawful acts
Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
